RENTAL AGREEMENT
CONTRACT TENURE
Lock in period is applicable as the period of contract agreed by customer.
Customer can request for early termination of order 2 weeks before and the difference between the monthly rentals rates of contract period and actual period have to be paid by customer.
Contract can be extended by prior notice 2 weeks before the end of contract.
PAYMENT POLICY
The deposit has to be paid completely online while order is placed or can be paid while delivery in cash or by card. Refund of the deposit will be made in same mode.
Rental period will start from the date of delivery. Monthly rental amount has to be paid within 5 days of the monthly cycle.
If the customer fails to pay the rental amount within 5 days of monthly cycle, he will be charged 10% late fees for the corresponding month.
If customer fails to pay the rental amount for subsequent 2 months, IT RENTAL has the right to terminate the contract and physically pick up the product and deduct the rental amount from the deposit.
DELIVERY POLICY
Customers can pick up their products with after re-checking and verification from IT RENTAL office. No delivery cost will be applied.
Delivery of products is available at the minimal cost of 300/- . If lift is not available at the delivery location, extra labor charge will be involved for picking up and conveying items via stairs. The charges will be discussed with customer while scheduling delivery.
At the time delivery the product will be re-checked at installation.
Products can’t be returned unless having major defect before the tenure of contract. Signed copy of contract will be kept with both customer and IT RENTAL.
PICKUP POLICY
Customer has to inform 2 weeks prior of the contract tenure, if he wishes to extend or end the contract. Notification for the same will be send from IT RENTAL. If nothing is conveyed from customer the IT Rental will end the contract by default and the products will be picked up from the customer on the last day.
Pickup time will be mutually be decided by customer and IT RENTAL. If mutually scheduled time is rescheduled by customer, additional logistics costs incurred will be charged to the customer.
The product quality check will be conducted while pickup in front of customer. And a QC report will be issued while return pick up stating damages if any or clean chit and copy of same will be handed to the customer.
LICENSING
The products at IT RENTAL are not licensed.
DAMAGE POLICY
The products at IT RENTAL are not insured.
Customer has to pay for any damage of, loss of, or any theft of the products, regardless the cause or fault. If the damage is beyond repair the customer has to pay its market price.
The equipment should not be opened and or serviced for whatsoever reason by the client.
The client should provide proper earthing & safe electric supply to the Products.
Hardware maintenance will be free to the client, but client will have to pay for the losses if any caused due to Physical damages, robbery, Fire, Riots, Electricity or any other incident beyond the control of human being.
REFUND POLICY
If Quality Check report gives clean chit, the entire deposit amount will be credited to the customer account within 7 working days. Please make sure the account details are shared well in advance with IT RENTAL for the same.
In case of any damage, the damage cost will be mitigated from the refundable deposit of the customer and documents for the same will be sent to the customer. The remaining amount will be refunded within 7 working days.
MAINTENANCE POLICY
Maintenance of products will be taken care by IT RENTAL. This will not include damages or breakdown due to mishandling. Such issues will be resolved within 1 week after notifying Customer Support. If not resolved within 1 week, customer is not liable to pay rental amount for the downtime.
DISCLAIMER/MISCELLANEOUS
The equipment shall always remain the property of IT RENTAL .It is for rental use only and IT RENTAL will always remain the Sole Owner of the equipment.
IT RENTAL has the right to cancel the order completely or partially without prior information and in such case complete deposit amount will be refunded within 7 working days.
Signing of this agreement means acceptance of all the terms and conditions.
